To be efficient, tidy, we have a process and an organization. Our effort is constant to satisfy within delays all our clients. Our creations are finished in time when asked and defined requirements are done. So, the client has to be serious and puntual. An apointment is set at the end of the creation and after the structures, tools and protections removal.
The products used are professionals Some preparation products are used and made for historical monuments. This, to ensure a quality, a precise work so as to last. These products are far more expensive, this is why it's important to know the desired life expectancy, if the place is declared "classified" by the Bâtiments de France or Direction des monuments historiques.

Small BIOGRAPHY
from a self made man who loves Art,
applies it and transmit it.
Jean Louis Morassut was born in Nice. He grows among his parents, his aunt and his grandparents in their family house, in front of an orange trees field , not very far from the Riquier train station. They're from Nice and his father is from Venice.
Jean Louis shows a great respect towards his family. He particularly loves : sports, painting, art in general, history. (His passion and activity in sports won't be unvealed here).
No television, no computer, no video games, no phone. The book has a great importance as being the only window onto knowledge. This static form in communication has increased Jean Louis' imagination. At 12, one of his favourite books was the furniture styles encyclopedy (Larousse). The love for creation, design whose styles and era are strictly linked. This compells to be interested in history, consequences and thus to read again and again...
He knows very well the print industry as his grandfather Jean LAFOLLA was a machinist and his granduncle Frederic LAFOLLA a typographer. At home, he always had something to do, for example shaping. Work was also being done in family. Unfortunately his grandfather died just after his communion, at the age of 11.
1966 - 1969
HIS TEACHER WANTS HIM TO GO TO A FAMOUS ART SCHOOL IN PARIS
At 14, he is quickly discovered by his art teacher at the Don Bosco school in Nice, printing section. He indeed insisted on his parents. He didn't hesitate in going to his parents' house for Jean Louis to enter the artistic, academic painting in "Beaux Arts" ( the most famous art school in Paris).
He used to say "Morassut, when you draw a chair it lives and when your friend daws a chair, it's just a chair". This, beign said as to wake him up...
But, how is it possible ? Send to Paris a teenager, the only son, in the sixties, for a family who wanted to remain living in Nice... and then...
The image of a worker in the french society being "not to be an artist", he obeys staying in the printing section beginning with typography and then the whole typography line.
17 years in one of the department of the University administration in Cimiez. He had a managing position in the printing department of CRDP (Education and documentation at the regional centre) in Nice, creating and installing the first PAO (à traduire) department. At that time, a technological news difficult to get because it didn't exist neither training nor formation and the only documentation was in english.
HE RESIGNS TO PAINT after succeeding at an important contest.
Although the only one to succeed in the 1988/1989 examination out of 24 candidates, to get the position of printing service manager of the Nice cityhall, he takes the decision to resign in 1989.
Yes, travels outside Nice, Africa, Italy, Dordogne, have given him the impulse to paint and only to paint. He paints till having no more time notion. Time is often one of this subject. He says "Times takes possession ofthe human passion".
His love for the Renaissance style, the academic/classic painting is obvious. Quickly evolving after his first exhibition, the public has discovered his surrealistic as well as his impressionist and expressionist communication.
He creates the New Age classic name. He doesn't want to be stuck in a category, but on the contrary wants to go on evolving with his instinct making his different technics that he luckily masters , but above all with constance, patience and humility.
We get to know from his father Alberto Morassut that there have been painters in the venitician branch.
His knowledge in history, on styles, allows him to get an immediate vision in a search. He really has a great easiness and a master to create in the art of painting and sculpting in harmony according to the required result. His ideas, his easiness, his real methodology, his skill, his gesture, his approach, his knowledge on matters, his adquired knowledge make him a high level artist.
He doesn't like talking about himself. He prefers efficiency. He's however a good speaker when he has to transmit his knowledge. His students, each year, thank him for the rich cultural teaching they at last discovered.
With the only aim to open a window on his life, and allow you to have a look at his existence.
His great grandmother Agnès Bellone, spouse Morena was very pious, mother of four. She had her own seat at the Saint Roch church, known as Aunt Agnés chair till 1921. She was a very respected and loved woman.
On the big deads Rauba Capeu monument, is his great uncle Mazars, died for his homeland.
Jean Louis remembers his Jean LAFOLLA great father's kindness, wounded by a mortar during first world war.
As a child he used to love crossing the Nice port on the POINTU (qu'est-ce que c'est ?).
* Great masters, from yesterday and today, are really good in different technics, different styles, different kinds, different arts (painting, suclpture, architecture, ... and for more than a century now photography). The artist doesn't remain stuck in a style. He evolves. He has a gesture, a touch, an easy expression, a look, an imagination. He communicates. He expresses. Artists make us dream, they enlight our hearts and bring us back to our image, it's also the shock of reality.
Painting kinds : the picture, the landscape, the still life, the self picture, the religious, mythologic painting, ..... it also exists a painting kind that points out everything which isn't religious or historic painting, in particular, the day-to-day life ( family life, streets, meals, celebrations and others).

Exonération IRS (tax on fortune)
This creation can bring an added value to your client's belongings. This value will be excluded from the calculation of the tax. (EXTRAIT : La commission des finances de l'Assemblée nationale, peut par rapport à ce projet faire état d'un certain nombre d'assouplissements : D'abord, elle a abaissé le plafond de 5 % à 3 %. Ensuite, elle a suggéré d'exonérer les contribuables exposant leurs oeuvres au public pendant six semaines par an, ainsi que les oeuvres dont le créateur est encore vivant.
How to insurance your art words ?
If a thief steals your art collection, it's better to have thought on different solutions to wish to be reimbursed according to the value of the loss. You needto know that a simple "house insurance" is not enough if the global value of your artistic belongings is above 100000 euros. To get a correct refund, it's better to insure separately your art objects. Some Companies like Hiscox or Axa Art, have created contracts that are shaped according to the nature of your objects and of course, their value. If insurers make a difference between the "declared value" (value that the owner of the masterpiece declares to his insurance) and the "agreed value" ( value determined through an expert), it's obvious that it's the contract through an expert that ensures the best refund in case of roberry or accident.
Be careful to the market

collectors make an expertise on the value of their collectionand
subscribe an insurance contract giving the exact price of each piece.
Another precaution to be taken however : be careful to update the
evaluation estimate regularly. The art market moving constantly, the
owner of art objects will have to watch carefully and regularly his
insurance contract to be reimbursed according to the new value of
his artistic assets on the market. "Generally, works are
underestimated by a 20 to 30 %. This is why one has to follow the
market trends to know if their art objects are under or over
estimated", says Gwenael Hervé, subscription manager at Hiscox.
How much is it ? According to the nature and value of your artistic belongings to insure, the amount of the premium varies. Your house protection (reinforced door, house surveillance, etc) is also an element taken into account by your insurer. "To give an idea, we can estimate the amount of the premium to 2.5 for 1000" says Christian Muller, managing director of Axa Art. For an artistic asset of 3 paintings on a 500000 euros global value, the premium will be around 1000 euros at Hiscox.
